I was at a show this last July and as I was working away at my table, a lady walked up to me, she had on a beautiful pendant. I knew that design very well. I asked her if she made it," yes" she said, I asked her if she gave credit to Lisa Barth for the design. She said "WHO". I told her that I know Lisa Barth didn't have a tutorial out yet on that design and it was posted in the gallery at Jewelry lesson. She told me that they had a picture and they made it. Well the moral to this story is; that design was

STOLEN and no credit to the designer who created it. They copied the picture from Jewelry Lessons gallery post, went home and I am thinking a class was taught on this.

Then they proudly walk around saying they made it, with no credit to the designer.

This taught me a BIG lesson.

Please don't steal my designs that I work very hard on, if you would like to make my designs, please buy the tutorial, or ask me if you can make a copy of my design and please GIVE US SOME CREDIT for OUR DESIGNS...

I would never walk into your house and steal your pretties...just because they are posted on the Internet, DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO STEAL OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

PLEASE BE HONEST, I WANT TO SHARE, TEACH AND MAKE GREAT FRIENDS, JUST PLEASE GIVE US SOME CREDIT IF YOU REALLY LIKE AND MAKE ONE OF OUR DESIGNS.

"All Wrapped Up!"

I sat down and read Carolynn Eddy's book, wow!, she has a tribute to five great wire wrapping artist. I sure wish I was one of them, for she has such high praise for them, I have also seen their work and I can see why she has given them a tribute. We all have some one that have inspired us in some way or another. I know Carolynn has inspired me to be the best I can be as a artist. Thank you Carolynn.
