Did you know ,
If you rub your wire back and forth with a polish cloth , that it will temper the wire , meaning that you are making it harder. It also will help straiten it out better.
If you crab the end of your wire with pliers , than in the middle , your work will be easier and you will get a good snug fit.
If you have a bundle of wire and use tape to secure , just lay bundle on top and fold over once, don't try to fold 2-3 times.
If you use a rotory tool with a polish tab on it , you can buff out all those marks you might have made.
Wrap wire is the wire you use to secure bundles , bails, or decoration , together. You can use square wire or for a much easier method use 1/2 hard and 1/2 round . And you can use one gauge above or the same or one gauge below the wire you are using for your project.
Soft gauge wire is for some rings and sculpting projects, use 1/2 hard wire for most pendants , rings and 20 to 18 gauge 1/2 hard wire for bracelets.
